When water condenses inside your tank and settles at the bottom of your tank, a corrosive sludge can start to build up, causing your tank to rust from the inside out. Our Tank-Guard® solution reacts where the sludge occurs to prevent corrosive pitting on your tank.

We've developed our system to be easy and reliable. Program details include:
- Safety inspection: A certified professional will run a test to make sure your oil tank qualifies for Tank-Guard®.
- Corrosion inhibitor treatment: Your tank will receive specialized treatment during either a regular oil delivery or a service visit.
- Oil tank warranty: If you find that your tank is leaking while enrolled in Tank-Guard®, a professional will replace the tank and provide you with an appropriate warranty credit based on the program you have selected through your authorized dealer.
- Automatic renewal: Every year, your Tank-Guard® protection is automatically renewed to make sure you get the treatment you need.
- Available programs: $500 or $1000 warranty rebate and $1500 or $2000 credits towards a replacement tank
- Our Warranty Credit programs also have a provision which allows you source your own professional to perform the replacement work (warranty credit converts to a warranty rebate at a lesser value).
